Poor service & communication
My Ram 1500 front brake was smoking and red hot- we are on our way back to Canada towing a travel trailer…..pulled off into Little Bennett Park and google searched a repair shop.It was 5:30 pm but I found Clarksburg Auto and spoke to Mr.Kim… explaining my situation- he told me to bring it in first thing in the a.m. He gave me a complete analysis of my brakes and even offered me two options to try to minimize my cost…He drove me back to the park and knowing we were anxious to not have to spend another night in the trailer par... read more

Update: This is confirmed the correct shop. Based off of their responses to absolutely any bad review, I’ll also add that they have Zero accountability. I changed my own timing belt 2 years ago which they said was cracked. I installed my own 35% tint which they claimed was 31 and 32%. There was no DOT3 fluid leak to any of my cylinders which I had re-assessed by a personal mechanic and observed as completely dry. Instead there was a grease leak identified from my CV axle.
