These guys are great, prices are good. They worked with me to make sure I was getting the right tools for our crew. Good group of guys working at Clark's.
Zero stars for this place in claycomo, absolutely no customer service skills tools are way overpriced and if you try to return something that wasn't what you needed even if you haven't used it they laugh at you and don't care that you made a mistake. All they want is your money absolutely no hospitality or care for anything but money. Greedy just want to take your money. Bad experience for me. Never coming back I recommend china tools over wasting time here.
I needed a new ratchet and they were helpful in getting the one I needed. Even offered me one that was cheaper to save me a few dollars. Great customer service!
