Zero stars for this place in claycomo, absolutely no customer service skills tools are way overpriced and if you try to return something that wasn't what you needed even if you haven't used it they laugh at you and don't care that you made a mistake. All they want is your money absolutely no hospitality or care for anything but money. Greedy just want to take your money. Bad experience for me. Never coming back I recommend china tools over wasting time here.
Great people at this location and the occasional steal-of-a-deal on Milwaukee tools!
I had an issue with a tool I bought from Clark’s Tools, and their customer service was outstanding. Their staff is highly knowledgeable, and their selection covers everything from specialty tools to everyday gear—for both novices and professionals. This is absolutely the place to go.
This is a Milwaukee Tools candy store. They also have a lot of other high quality tools.
I just wanted to say a big thank you!!! This is by far a way better experience than any big box stores. I ordered this for my son in New Jersey, not only was a fast delivery but it also arrived gift wrapped. I even got a call from a very polite Mike confirming the delivery address. This is so far beyond what any website would do. So thank you again for all your kindness.
