We have been taking our cars, company trucks etc here for years and there NEVER disappoint. Chris and his team are class act people and are always willing to go the extra mile to make clients happy. Any reviews written otherwise are completely fake, as these guys always go the extra mile! We have been doing business with Clarks for over 15 years and we will always recommend this establishment!
I've been taking my car to Clark's since they opened. My parents and my siblings go there. I recommend them to everyone. Anyone who says they price gouge most likely hasn't gone somewhere else to get an estimate. I trust them 100% to do only whatever is absolutely necessary to keep my car running.
I just called this morning. I have a mechanic shop that burned me on the work on my car and I needed shops to review the work and make a written estimate on the cost to fix the damage done by the other shop. They won’t help me and the lady on the phone muffled the phone and talked to another person while I was talking. INSTEAD OF BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASKINF ME TO HOLD ON WHILE THEY TALK TO SOMEONE.!!! I had the worst experience here at Clark’s years back. AGAIN just had a bad experience. DO NOT GO HERE…..!!!!
Took tires there to have mounted and they ruined 3 out of 5 beads and won’t do anything about it. Said if I bought tires from them they would warranty them. Shitty service!
I got my oil changed and tires rotated about 4 months ago. I asked them to top off my other fluids and blow out my air filter, which they forgot to do… not a huge deal, I can do all that myself. But they only hand tightened the lug nuts. They musta forgotten to tighten them, but this is a fatal mistake. Luckily I caught it in time, but I lost 5 nuts from 3 of my wheels on a single trip. Y’all need better quality control
