Got in to get break lights fixed, they got it done right quick an' didn't charge me a arm n a leg for it! There was even free popcorn while I waited! Easily best mechanics in the city in my book
We have been taking our cars, company trucks etc here for years and there NEVER disappoint. Chris and his team are class act people and are always willing to go the extra mile to make clients happy. Any reviews written otherwise are completely fake, as these guys always go the extra mile! We have been doing business with Clarks for over 15 years and we will always recommend this establishment!
I've been taking my car to Clark's since they opened. My parents and my siblings go there. I recommend them to everyone. Anyone who says they price gouge most likely hasn't gone somewhere else to get an estimate. I trust them 100% to do only whatever is absolutely necessary to keep my car running.
I just called this morning. I have a mechanic shop that burned me on the work on my car and I needed shops to review the work and make a written estimate on the cost to fix the damage done by the other shop. They won’t help me and the lady on the phone muffled the phone and talked to another person while I was talking. INSTEAD OF BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASKINF ME TO HOLD ON WHILE THEY TALK TO SOMEONE.!!! I had the worst experience here at Clark’s years back. AGAIN just had a bad experience. DO NOT GO HERE…..!!!!
They have a real awful "I'm right, even when I'm wrong" attitude lately. Been coming here for ten years, no clue what's changed. Just wasted three months with Jay trying to tell him exactly what was wrong and how to fix it and he just threw parts I didn't need and charged for labor instead of fixing a quick issue that they caused in the first place. My brother, ma and father have stopped coming here too cause of this bs attitude. They used to be the best in the valley, but they don't even pretend to listen to anyone anymore.
