Have taken my vehicles to clarks the last few years. Always have great customer service! The guys at the front and Brenda are always so welcoming. Chris, the owner has personally made sure we were taken care of. Whether its finding us a loaner vehicle to use while ours is getting worked on, or making sure we’re getting the best quality and prices. Hes always there to help. We cant recommend them enough.
If I could give more stars, I would! I took my 2004 Prius in for a tune up, oil change and tail light replacement. I brought my car in at 8:00 and it was all done by 11:00. I was expecting a $600 bill, but it ended up being $200 less. They didn't even charge for the tail light replacement! Caleb did a fantastic job! Both he and Brandon are the definition of excellent customer service! My car runs and drives like new and my gas mileage went up by 22 mpg! Great place to take your vehicle. You can always expext them to be upfront and honest with you, but not try and pressure you into buying things you don't need. I know the owner personally and on a couple occasions he has walked me through how to do the repairs myself on my own vehicle, as opposed to taking it to his shop. I believe that's a true testament to his honestly and integrity.
Great deals on new tires for the truck! Friendly service and quick results was able to get new tires on and still go get work done for the day.
⚠️🚫🚫DON’T GO HERE🚫🚫⚠️ Went to Clark’s a couple of weeks ago for an oil change. My car *was* running completely fine, better than it ever has honestly; and not even 3 hours after going in for an oil change, check engine light came on! After 20min of being there, it they came out with a massive list of things that were wrong with it “shocks need replacing, all the fluids flushed, spark plugs, shocks, struts”- you name it!
