There are true gems here at Clarks Summit Senior Living who make my Dad’s life sparkle! Sue Chapin goes above and beyond! Her customer service is beyond exceptional! A rare diamond. Joan in nursing has saved my Dad’s life a few times with her astute abilities to pay attention to his health. Priceless! Rob in maintenance fixes everything my dad asks—with a smile on his face. My mom has been there for more than a year. We were unsure of what to expect when i showed up unannounced and asked for a tour. It was the best stop i made. The people who work there truly care so much about the residents and their families. They are so kind, patient and understanding. The place is spotless and the rooms are spacious. Choosing a new place to call home for a loved one is never easy. My hope is that someone right now is reading this review and will feel more at ease in making that decision. In 2008 my mom was a resident at Clarks Summit Senior living (it's former name then was New seasons). A dear friend recently moved into CSSL after several residential transitions. In just one week they have gone out of their way to make him feel at home. He has a lovely home, and a busy schedule of recreational activities at his disposal. The choice to participate or not is his to make. He enjoys meals in the dining room, and is grateful to the dietary staff for helping him with menu selections. The nursing staff manages his medications for him.
