Thinking this was the best thing for my mom was so wrong. She was in clarks summit living for 3 days and had a fall at the facility was put in hospital for 12 days with broken tailbone. They released her on April 1st to fall again that night.A total of 32 days in hospitals/facilities do to this placeThey did not inform me and took her to the hospital of their choice not the hospital she was at that support her current Dr. Clarks summit failed to access my mom and had her moved to a nursing home while still charging me for me... read more
Staff is lazy and some are extremely rude. I am glad my loved one is out of there.
My dad has been there for nearly a year and he loves it. The staff is friendly and the facility is well taken care of.
