Sue was very helpful with the application process. I felt she went above and beyond her job description to accommodate with this situation. My brother seems to be happy with the facility. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I visited him and was impressed with the people and the facility. He likes the freedom of using the transportation system that is set up for the residents.

There are true gems here at Clarks Summit Senior Living who make my Dad’s life sparkle! Sue Chapin goes above and beyond! Her customer service is beyond exceptional! A rare diamond. Joan in nursing has saved my Dad’s life a few times with her astute abilities to pay attention to his health. Priceless! Rob in maintenance fixes everything my dad asks—with a smile on his face.
