My daughter broke down on her way to her college externship down in Ann Arbor. We live in Holt so it's 150 miles round trip daily for a month on a 2006 Kia that was inspected and cleared by Kia of Lansing 3 weeks ago. Matt got my GT262 garden tractor in right away after I called to schedule the spring service. While it did take 2 trips to get it done, part of the reason was my communication of what needed to be done. Matt was very understanding when I called after the first time, picked up the machine quickly again and took care of everything. In fact, he went above and beyond what I asked.
