Polite but poor service. If you want someone to spend 5 minutes at your home checking chemicals. They are fine. If you need a service to actually clean the pool each week you get lip service. When I hired them. I was certain to bring them over to my home have them check out our pool firsthand to quote for full service. We got assurances and platitudes our pool would be hands off for us with full service. I specially asked about weekly brushing as this was the main reason we fired out last pool guy.
