We were having problems with hot water not coming out of our shower. Zach showed up on time and was able to fix the problem in half an hour. Excellent service and we will be using them the future for sure!

Called at 7:00 PM for a water leak behind my bathroom ceiling. Call center set me up for next day 8 AM - 12 PM arrival. Zach showed up 8:10 AM, completed a thorough evaluation with me and explained options. We decided to start cutting drywall and see what’s going on. Found the leaking pipe and replaced. Zach was complete and left the area cleaner than when he started. Out the door by 9:30 AM. Drywall cuts were smooth and minimal to ease the wall repair. Very pleased. I’m thankful for my neighbors for the recommendation.

We had a constant dripping shower head for years. We replaced the shower head ourselves in hopes it would fix the issue and it did not. We then contacted plumbers from other companies to repair it with one quoting us $3,000 to replace the pipes, which they said are corroded, and they are not! The second plumber quoted an extra $500 to remove a stripped screw, which was stripped by the builder not by us, and we said no way! This is already third time they’ve been here in the last 8 months. The half ass on my water heater didn’t even insulate it. The person got here like 30 mins ago in my driveway sat in vehicle for 5 mins then ended up leaving. I literally left work to make sure this was going to get done. Now just waiting for somebody to show back up. Smh 1/10 would not waste your money with this company!!!
