We had a very straightforward process getting a new car and part exchanging our previous one. Roger was very helpful and made the whole process very smooth. His customer service is excellent and I'd have no hesitation recommending both Roger and the dealership. Very happy with our new Kia.
Based on our experience, budget 20% of any used car purchase price for repairs within the 1st 10 months of ownership & only purchase from this garage if you live in close proximity for ease when running into (multiple) post purchase issues. Complaints currently being escalated to the motor ombudsman.
