Roger Harold, has gone above and beyond expectations. We had couple of hiccups along the way, but nothing we couldn't sort out between ourselves. I have been purchasing my cars from Clarks of kidderminster since 2009, and i am very happy with the service I have received from the dealership.
I easily organised 2 test drives trying to decide whether to have a manual or automatic car. Roger Harold was our salesman, he was very helpful through the process, and very patient! I now have my car, a good service from Kia and Roger in particular.
We had very good dealings with this gentleman. Roger was excellent from the very beginning and explained all the things we needed to know, as well as things we wouldn't have even thought of. A pleasure to deal with.
