I'm not sure if the a/c was checked as the tech was too involved in finding problems with my furnance and water heater. I only requested an a/c check for summer. I did not appreciate the 2 hours it took and not sure my a/c is ready. He tried to convince me I needed 2,100 dollars work on my furnace. I don't recommend this company and will never call them again.
Eric from Clarks Mechanical was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He performed our annual maintenance and gave us options and pricing but was not pushy or overbearing. Would definitely request him in the future.
The techs are friendly, professional, and my dog loves them! They were very careful to not let my dog out.
