It's sad that you don't actually read the comments on the reviews. you say you're the owner [but are you really?] Your service technician told me [YOU WHERE NOT AT MY HOME] that the compressor was the problem. i asked him how much and did he have one on the truck, he showed me on his phone the price of $399.00 with the member discount. [since I'm a member] not one time did he say anything about a service charge of $119.00 for diagnosis fee.
