Very great group of guys that came out, first to check my old unit, the salesmen were great laid back and up front, and that's all I can ask for. Now when it comes to installing, they do not play around. They don't just send one or two people, but a whole crew. My ac was down, and 48 hours they was installing a new one. Can't ask for better service than that.

Charles did a fantastic job in getting to the root of the problem quickly and efficiently. When all the options were presented to me the obvious solution was to go with a tankless water heater. Looking forward to installation day and hot showers to come!
