Clark's is the first to actually do troubleshooting. Everyone else replaces a part and calls it good. They were prompt, informative, professional and reasonably priced. All ongoing AC work will now be going to them.
Mr. Tom Thompson did an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing the heat pump issue. E was polite as well as efficient.
