Picked my window up the other day. Did a nice job on the window but the girl that is working behind the desk that cashed me out was not pleasant at all. Her customer service was awful! I have never encountered anyone that rude. Not even a thank you! I won’t be bringing you anymore business!

I had windows put in by this company and it was a good experience until I needed a window replaced under warranty☹️ I have called the company about 7 times and keep getting the run around that they are busy! That is no excuse that the owner cannot get back to me with a plan to replace. I have been calling now for 10 months. It is a simple job to measure the window and replace the glass as it was defective. I have offered to pay the transportation cost but to no avail I got satisfaction.
