Got a great and very quick haircut from Russell. I'm not the most social person but Russell was able to strike up a good conversation organically and was very sincere. Fantastic experience and will be back.

He was good until he wasn't. Got a pretty bad scratch during my last hair-cut, likely due to badly maintained clippers or a bad technique. I mentioned it to him after the fact and he says I just have sensitive skin. This isn't normal for me to get scratched like this, and it's the second time it's happened with Russel. I was in physical pain when this happened, it felt like someone scratching me with a sharp nail. Either way, he couldn't own up to it or even apologize when being held accountable to it.
