Owner has a bad additude especially with music being loud as he says but with myself being half deff its normal for me to have my volume at 35 . He threatened to call the cops because I told him I would take my business else where . The vacumes there have no power the despencers for auto care products never work and the auto car wash never gets the car clean its still dirty after going thru . Yesterday (6/22/18) I used just the pressure sprayer in the self service to the $3.00 minimum and shut it off there. The machine said $3.00 would be charged to my card. I looked today (6/23/18) at my bank account and they charged me $10.00! No answer at their phone service, had to leave a message demanding my other $7.00 back. Awaiting the call back now.
Person working there has a real bad attitude. Said something 3 different times about there being no wax coming out of sprayer and last time they started yelling. I will never return to that place.
