In response to the only unsatisfied customer that we have: We are sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience. We do want to respectfully clarify a few inaccuracies in this review for transparency. The areas shown in the photos are not peeling cabinet material. The visible finish concerns appear consistent with moisture exposure affecting the clear coat/stain finish that was selected and approved prior to installation, rather than a structural defect in the cabinetry. So I had a kitchen remodel with this company. I spoke to Ernie the grandfather on September 27, 2025. I was advised this would take 4-6 weeks to complete. I paid a check for $10,500 half down. Two days later I was called by Dustin who advised that Ernie had a medical emergency (stroke). Dustin advised he could do the kitchen it just would be a little bit longer than 4-6 weeks. I asked at the time if he was sure he could do the job. I also asked if we could have our island before November 25th, 2025 because I had countertop p... read more
