Lost a 2 year customer! Terrible service! Terrible management! I took a load of dry cleaning to the downtown store last week in the evening, when I walked into Clarks it must have been 10 minutes before anyone came up to the counter. When she finally came to help me she was extremely rude complaining because I was there dropping off about 15 items and it was 5:30, they close at six.I could hear some other girl from the back saying loudly how rude of me to come so close to closing time and cursing at me.
