I recently got an estimate for one of my vehicles that was involved in a passenger side, "paint trading" collision. There was no structural damage, no dents or creases in any of the panels. I looked through the estimate in detail and majority of the labor costs consisted of R&I (Remove and Inspect) charges for components completely unaffected by the collision, and weren't previously damaged.
