We called and they said they would be by in an hour and didn't show up for over 4. They then didn't give us a quote until right before they closed and we were at a wedding reception. Then they charged 250 to change a transmission gasket which is a cheap 30 min fix that my husband would have done himself if it weren't for the fact that we were in town for a wedding. So the repairs weren't even finished until halfway through the day we were originally supposed to leave so we stayed another day since it was so late. After the c... read more

Spike from Starling’s said my bodywork repair work would take 3 weeks, it took a month. Every time I called Sterling’s I got different days that I would get my Honda CRV back & those days past. First it was Tuesday or Wednesday, after two weeks. Then on week three they said Thursday or Friday. Called Friday no car. They always found new things wrong. Finally I got my car back today. I don’t recommend Sterlings Auto Body in Wintersville Ohio for anyone who needs there slow & expensive. If I ever need body work again. I’m goin... read more
