Very high quality presentation here. Yes, the product is top of the line, but the showroom is well organized so you can see all the options, the presentation is very professional, Karlie did a great job explaining things, they spend their time on the product, then they refer you. Very low pressure, but a well thought out approach. This is ten times better than any box store, you will enjoy the experience and walk out knowledgeable on what you’re trying to do. Looking forward to my new Sub Zero and Wolf!

Cathy was a joy to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The showroom is spectacular, and we were able to see in person all of the high end appliances we are looking for to use in our new home. We also appreciated the beautiful cabinetry on display, and felt excited to plan our dream kitchen after being here. Definitely worth the trip from CT.
