Scott Jefferson and the team at Clarke & Sampson are highly professional, reliable, and who I feel comfortable recommending for business and personal insurance matters. I've relied on them for a variety of needs for years and would highly recommend them.
Scot was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. He reviewed my existing policies, gave me tips on possible gaps in coverage, and talked through how to think about them. I didn't end up using Scott for insurance, but only because he gave me a fair assessment and told me my existing policies and rates were competitive and that I should stay put. He'll be my first call when I need to make changes to insurance in the future.
I'm pretty sure denying someone a quote based on where they live (redlining), and the type of home they live in is STILL illegal. Happened to me by Scott Jefferson and Dawn Meadows. Even when I got Dawn on the phone for a quote, she was laughing hysterically. She ended up hanging up.
Incredible team who can keep you organized! Had a last minute issue and they helped me work with my insurance company to address it before it became a real issue. I look forward to continue to recommend Clarke & Sampson Insurance too all my friends and family.
