The dr is ok from my few interactions but the front desk staff is horrible to the highest degree very unprofessional and I can’t say he knows for a fact how the front clerks treat his patients and he over books appointments it was extremely crowded everytime I went.
I been with dr Clark over 20 years and this is the worst I’ve ever seen in his dr office.they hang up on patients after they don’t help you a month I’ve been waiting to get a health form field out.Can’t ride medical van because they don’t do paperwork sad!!!
My first time calling for an appointment I was asked to change My primary Care doctor to Dr. Robert Clark then I was seen after giving blood the doctor said pick up my referral papers never got them had to wait, after waiting I kept calling to speak with my Doctor PCP he wasn't on the office EVERYTIME I spoke with the secretaries neither of them were helpful so I decided to take matters making my own appointments all I was told is
