They are really good with prices for parts , but, the downside , they cannot do warranty for DETROIT anymore .
I won't even try to come back. They do good work if you're privileged enough to get in the door. IF ....IF.... Always seem to be a week and a half to two weeks out and plan on dropping your truck off for a couple days for a few hours labor of a fix. I don't think these guys understand that owner operators just can't go down a couple weeks.... And don't bother leaving Sean a message because he won't call it back... You have to get lucky for him to pick the phone up.
We take our school busses here for service. They are always friendly fair and professional. I would recommend Clarke to any company looking for a reliable trustworthy shop for repairs and warranty work. Thank you Clarke from Felicity Franklin Schools.
