Excellent customer service from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help. Highly recommend this shop.
Strongly advise taking your business elsewhere. We paid $17,000 for an engine overhaul. The work took far longer than promised, with repeated excuses and missed timelines. Our invoice clearly states a one-year warranty on the work performed. When the truck developed a head gasket leak—a failure directly related to the overhaul—the warranty was effectively ignored. Stay away if you value your money or your time. If you want to experience some of the worst customer service, try calling their customer service manager, Matt Dunn. Despite being only seven weeks into the role, he showed zero interest in resolving a legitimate concern and spoke to us in a dismissive and unprofessional manner.
