Jim Burn may be the rudest, most incompetent sales agent in the trucking industry. He gets offended if you ask questions of clarity before bringing your truck in for service. Not sure about this place but to let everyone know I had my truck at the Knoxville location and after a complete rebuild from what is noticeable is they reused my cylinder head and water pump I’m guessing the total estimate of stuff they didn’t do that can’t be see roughly has cost 90 % of what I paid thousand of dollars watch out for this establishment….they make more money if they can resell parts you pay new for and reinstall junk back on your truck that is still in working condition…if you can’t see the work done…don’t b... read more
