I have to say that I am very disappointed.. I tried calling today because I ran out of heating oil (I thought I could make it to my tax return to fill up but didn't make it) I called Clarke because I know that my landlord filled up here last time he put oil in it. anyway so I am out of oil and asked the lady that answered if I can get $200 or get the min of 150 gal pay $200 now and the rest when my tax return comes back or if they can just make an exception and let me buy the $200 that I have on me, instead of trying to help... read more
