Nice place to live, Management and maintenance are great!
I can see myself living here at Clarke for quite a while. I love the location of my apartment and I love even more that I haven't seen a single pest since I moved in a little over 2 years ago. Ms Pat is the sweetest as well and Nique has been great with any repairs I've needed!
I’ve been a resident here at Clark Manor for 3 years. A few of the issues I’ve had are other residents smoking in the building and it coming through the vents, and cars getting towed, but an issue that has always been consistent in some way or another is noise! Cars playing loud music, car alarms going off in the middle of the night, and other residents noisy in the hallways. The current issue that has kept me up for the past 3 nights is a toilet in the empty unit next to me that keeps making a loud drilling like sound that ... read more
