I booked ClarkeJones for my wife’s bday staycation. She is professional, accommodating and a real pleasure to work with! We booked a hotel suite and she showed up and handled all of our requests. I was very pleased with her services and how gentle and attentive she was with my wife. My wife doesn’t get massages often and this was a chance to let someone service her. She gave Clarke A+++ I will be booking with her soon for myself and you should too!
I had an appointment scheduled and received a cancellation email just 30 minutes before it was supposed to start. I understand that emergencies happen, but the lack of timely communication felt unprofessional and left me scrambling last minute. I hadn't checked my email, so when I didn't realize until I got there and the door was locked.
