OK where do begin had eyes checked in Aug. And still don't have my glasses, no body ever answers my call and they never return them, I'm wondering if Dr. Has died or out of business

He has been my family eye Dr for 10+ years. His staff are always kind,helpful,and great with kids. He is thorough with his exams and will explain every procedure that is going to be done in detail relieving any worry you might have. Relaxed and comfortable environment. Be prepared to give at least 1 hour of your time but it's worth every second. Once I was there an hour after closing because the staff wanted to let my boys pick out a bunch of stickers! They loved it. That is going above and beyond. 10/10

I used to love coming here because everyone was so nice but now I hate it they are all rude now, take hours to get called back. They never answer their phone calls, they never call you when ur glasses are ready. I called 2 months ago to get my replacements and they said bout 4 weeks I never heard nothing and I’ve been calling just bout every day since then and they don’t answer the phone I have stop by and there’s no one there. Online it says they open at 9 but when u call it says they open at 10. They have gotten really bad

Have attempted contact multiple times over last few months, left numerous voicemails. No response. I’ve contacted the medical board, the local newspapers, and the news channels with my concerns. I will be leaving a review for the better business bureau to follow up on. If you’re going to be a professional place of business, then I suggest operating as such. I thought he was an amazing dr. However, the no contact and ignoring all calls and voicemail have pushed my last nerve past its breaking point.
