Very poor response when calling or texting (24 hours)They are extremely busy, only one person. At least they could of told me to call someone else. By the time I was able to get another vet out it was too late. My horse had to be put down.
Dr. Rode is the best. His office staff and vet techs are knowledgeable and efficient. I rely on them for our retired horses and they have never let me down.
They were kind, understanding and very knowledgeable!
Dr Rode and his crew are wonderful. They are always fun to be around and they take very good care of our 4 horses. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks you guys and keep up the good work!
