I've used Clarke and Clarke for over a decade for both business and personal taxes and accounting. I have zero complaints, they are efficient and reasonably priced. Shannon is straight forward, to the point, and skilled at explaining in simple laymen terms what I need to know.
When you call to inquiry about taxes and yet you are given so much attitude is quit hard to do business with. I would suggest a more soft approach. We are calling because we need help, and not because we are experts on this department. Otherwise we wouldn’t need to hire someone to do our taxes. Disappointed on the customer service I receive during my first phone call to this entity!
