I very much appreciated that the doctor told us everything we needed to hear, while we were still in the room.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called to make a appointment and DEBBIE the front desk manager is so very rude. She rushes you off the phone and told me I cant help you here so bye and hung up in my face. People like this do not deserve a Manager position. I'm a Manager for Escambia County myself and that's not Quality assurance. I was referred to him for deviated septum and pylops. He and his staff are nice. But don't need anything if one of them is going on vacation cause you out of luck. They did my surgery 8 days ago. So far everything I know I found out looking on line. Greg the nurse told me to do the rinse 5 times a day and count down to 1 in 6 weeks. That's it!!!
