The WORST service I have ever worked with. Dana is constantly forgetting orders and ordering material the day before. Last time I spoke with her, she tried to blame the vendors on late material or material that is unavailable, and she didn't even have a substituting list for me, she kept shifting the blame to someone else. I would of been fine if she had accepted her part in these issues, but its never her, its always someone else. We found someone who works with the same company that delivers material and guess what?
