This is soooo Frustating I can't get a ahold of the paralegal that's suppose to be working on my case. My time is limited I feel lied too. I need a refund on this so called initial fee I rather find another company that's more serious on getting the job done. Im always calling and its very tiring when I call both people not available. I am in the process of them handling my bankruptcy. I have submitted everything they requested and now I cannot even reach anyone on the phone to get an update. I paid them $338 dollars. Now they will not answer my call to have any communication with them. I have tried at least four different phone numbers. It would be nice to get a phone call email or even a text message from them for an update. frustrated, client.

First time ever doing this, the paralegal was great from first office(first appt). A little concern with office closer to my house(second appt). Pushing forward to see what's what. Praying the whole way through.
