I should have read all the reviews first! On my last visit the nurse wedged my head in an awkward CT machine only to make me wait 10 min for this doc to push the button. Today I arrived 15 min early because my best friend is a doctor and I respect the profession. 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I asked the front desk if Walker was running behind. You cannot reach a live person. You have to either leave a message and wait for them to call you back, or you have to use their Klara system. And even when you do book an appointment with them through Klara, they lose the appointment and you show up to find that they never officially booked it and can't help you. Worst experience with a doctor I have had! Ok technically not even the doctor because I could never get in to see him. Will NEVER go here again!
Was really great
This man is a terrible person, and a terrible doctor. I am left with a nose I can't look at in the mirror, and that I can't breathe out of. And after he admittedly messed it up, he offered to "fix" my eyes, which I didn't ask for. He happily took my money, then told me to find another surgeon to fix his mistakes.
Made an appointment. I go to the appt and call because there is traffic. Front desk tells me I don't have an appt. At first she said it was because I work at an airline. She said I cancelled the appt. I explained that I didn't and what does working for an airline have to do with the appt. Then she changed her story. Said they called to reschedule. No, they did not.
