Tried to tell my parents the back lights went out. Anyone who's repaired one single TV knows how to test this. A flashlight. Or open the back and see extremely bright light. Tried to change them a huge amount due to labor. It was a very easy fix. 12 dollar TN panel. 10 min research and a 12 dollar part. Oh but the labor... took 20 min. Sir I hope you didn't try to scam and are just not great at tvs. I will take this further as I'd like an apology to my parents.
