While there are often many changes in character after an acquisition occurs, for the most part, when working in customer service lines of business, the staff continue to remain friendly, kind, and ready to serve the community folks with whatever their needs are. I wish I could say the same for the Clark Tractor office in DeLeon, Texas. When someone enters the store to ask questions related to farm equipment, the service is less than appropriate. Had a hose bust on my tractor and needed one asap! They have a shop there and they make them there.
Very professional place knowledgeable wide variety Auto parts had a great understanding of the equipment that they service and surprisingly was able to understand what I needed even though I was not very well educated on what I was after and got the parts in really quick
