Tony used to be dependable but sadly that’s no longer the case. Several months ago I called him and left a message about some work I needed doing but he didn’t bother phoning me back. 10 Days ago, I spoke to him about an urgent plumbing job and he said he’d send someone out the following day and call me in the morning to give me an idea of what time they’d arrive. Needless to say nobody came out and Tony didn’t call. Not even worth the one star rating
