TAKE IT TO CLARK'S AND RELAX!! We have been going to Clark Tire & Automotive for at least 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. If Clark's says they can fix it, you can relax. Clark Tire & Auto is dependable and convenient. I've had several repairs done with Clark Tire. At first, I thought they were pricey but after getting quotes on a particular repair, their price was considerably lower. I'm a woman who doesn't know alot about cars, but Terry is very helpful. There have been times when she'll tell me what absolutely needs to be done and when something can wait (i.e. 35,000 miles or so). Clark Tire & Auto is the best out there! This is a terrific family-owned business. I found them via NPR's Car Talk website where they were highly rated, and I found them to be very deserving of that honor. Helped me out in a time of need Having a sort of motoring emergency, I needed 4 tires at the end of the work day during a rainstorm. These people helped me out at a fair price. Quickly and with great compassion, they changed out my tires and I was good to go.
RIPOFF or Typical mechanic? Being skeptical about taking my vehicle to a mechanic (because of their bad reputation) I went ahead and got a quote on suspension work and tires. When I gave them the information they quoted me a reasonable amount, so I started to shop around but couldn't find someone else to do the work for that great price they quoted me. Hi prices I have been using Clark tire and auto for over 15 years and they are the best around.They do great work and stand behind it all the way.People don't take into consideration when shopping around what kind of parts are being used or weather an ASE master tech or a minimum wage monkey is doing the job.In the automotive industry it takes alot to stay state of the art all the great equipment you like coast big bucks and that really nice shop they have also coast $$$$ to operate.I would rather pay alittle more and know t... read more
Rip Off I went to get a new engine after getting 2 other quotes. I was told that they would give me a very fair price and would take good care of me. The price they gave me was $700 more than the other estimates and when I questioned them, they lowered the price $200. The timeframe to complete the job was also longer than the other places.
