Great service and informative. Two associates working in the Kings Mountain location did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this location.
Scheduled a 4-wheel alignment. • The car lift on the alignment machine is broke. So from the start only half of the alignment can be performed. • Two bolts on the rear, lower control arms couldn’t be loosened by the tech. The only tool he had available was a 12” wrench. No impact, breaker bar, etc. • After leaving the shop and pulling onto the road, I noticed my steering wheel was in the 10 o’clock position when traveling straight. For a 1 hour job, they charge me $300. That's $300 an hour. That's absurd. I found another company that did it for a third of the price. Correct. Ion 2/3. And watch out when they take your tires off and on because I have had a total of non strip lug nuts.
