They just did a tire rotation and an oil change and immediately my wife’s car begins shaking on the highway. They offered no help and tried to charge extra for fixing a problem they caused. Would not recommend. They also have a coupon on the website that said it would cost $70 but they ended up charging $95
After experiencing an unexpected tire blowout, Mr. Tire was able to take my car in right before their shop closed! Knowing that I'd be coming back another day to pick up my car, the check-in process was swift and easy. They were able to perform an oil change, wheel alignment, and install 4 new tires within a timely manner. I highly recommend this shop for anyone who experiences last minute car issues and are looking for great customer service!
