Tony, the store manager at the Friendly center location is an awesome guy. Very nice, personable and conversational. Also got me in right away for a tire change and did a great job! Everyone that works there was very nice, including the mechanic and the office lady's
I was extremely frustrated. I drove from high point to Greensboro's back to high point only to go back to greensboro. And Anita was extremely patient and understanding as well clear with her communication and that is what made me go directly back to this shop? They're very kind..
Tony Rita is the best!! He keeps me laughing and gives me great discounts. His entire staff is efficient, very kind, respectful and helpful. I also get a good education in a field I have little knowledge of. I am 62 years old and i can honestly say this staff is the best i have ever experienced. Thank you so much Tony!!
