The manager was kind and sympathetic. however, I feel that she didn't give me the most cost effective solution. The work was done timely and she provided a way for me to pay for the tires. I've never bought new tires before. I felt a bit panicked when she told me all my tires were bald. I would still come here but from now on I'll make sure I get a second opinion before I make any decisions. That is on me.
