The tires was overpriced in my opinion. There was a lot of hidden fees. They did have to order my tires and I had to wait about 2 hours. Came back and the service took 30 to 45 min. The lady that took my phone call looked up my tire size and then transferred me to another person. The new person never was notified about my tire size so I had to start a whole new conversation with her. That was aggravating. Must improve communication within the workplace.
