The timing was very very good , I was greeted with a smile i liked everything about my visit
The manager at the one on Franklin Blvd in Gastonia has a terrible attitude never will go back to that one again my son had the exact same experience with her the light skin lady don't waste your time going there she act like she owns the place attitude is horrible

I went to get brakes the other day and customer service was absolutely amazing. They recommended some other things I needed done but understood that it wasn't a possibility for me at the moment. They took care of my car and it feels and sounds so much better now.
