UPDATE: I was contacted by store manager Devlin, only because DM saw recent reviews. She wanted to see if she could get me to take mine down because “it reflects poorly on her store”. She spoke over me & just gave excuses like her tech had to run out for “an emergency” that day…but offered no real solutions. Conversation went nowhere, neither will my review. I scheduled an appointment online and called to confirm. They said yes, see you at your appointment. I get there and the two ladies at the counter tell me I would have to come back the next morning. I said, “but I called to confirm my appointment” and she informed me I actually spoke to a call center. Came in for a cylinder leak down test. On the way home, alternater light came on. When home battery was dead. Called Momentum, but don’t want to have the car towed back.
