Clark Tanks Dalby have been great to deal with! We recently purchased a 5000g tank and could not fault the price, quality, service or delivery. Communication was excellent and everything played out exactly as was explained in the first phone conversation I had with them. Couldn't be happier 😊
One tank has arrived, but it has one of the outlets already fitted. Not where I wanted it and it will leave about 250mm of liquid in the bottom. The blue tank is damaged and the yellow has not been seen.
Water tank failed (sprang a big leak) with over 7 years left on its original warranty. Clark Tanks Dalby advised me the warranty was no longer valid due to a Deed of Company Arrangement, but failed to provide me with a copy of that Deed despite repeated requests. Edit: Response to owner’s comment. The tank was bought from a third party, but warranted by Clark Tanks. Your staff were provided with a copy of the tax receipt and accompanying warranty, and photos of the failed tank.
