Water tank failed (sprang a big leak) with over 7 years left on its original warranty. Clark Tanks Dalby advised me the warranty was no longer valid due to a Deed of Company Arrangement, but failed to provide me with a copy of that Deed despite repeated requests. Edit: Response to owner’s comment. The tank was bought from a third party, but warranted by Clark Tanks. Your staff were provided with a copy of the tax receipt and accompanying warranty, and photos of the failed tank.

From my first enquiry to the final follow-up phone call, the Staff were always friendly and helpful. The delivery driver was also excellent and arrived at the estimated time. Only negative, was that I requested a second hole to be cut for my twin downpipe inlets, but that was missed, despite being written on the Order Form. To their credit, Clark Tanks did follow up with an offer to cut the hole, but by this time it was cut and the tank was fully operational. Overall, a definite 'thumbs up'.

Monique was fantastic in assisting with my order of water tanks and a pump. Her communication was excellent—clear, timely, and thorough with all the information I needed. Chris, who delivered the tanks, was equally impressive. He was friendly, professional, and just an all-around great guy. Overall, a smooth and positive experience from start to finish!
