Joe arrived when scheduled and was very efficient with his work. Adjusted sensors and serviced both doors.
In 1991 when our residence was built in Newark, Delaware the garage doors were purchased from and installed by Clark & Sons in Newport, Delaware. The Raynor doors could not have been better either by quality or installation. Thirty Four (34) years later the opening mechanism on one of the doors malfunctioned. We are so happy with Clark & Sons. Trevor and his team did a quick repair of a broken spring. Angela was the STAR. I called on the weekend, Angela responded within 4 minutes. She was so kind and helpful and understanding of my urgent need to get out for a surgical appointment the next day. Customer service is still alive and well at Clark & Sons. Well done!
Builder put a janky opener in my new house, so I had Clark and Sons replace it with a much nicer one with wifi/cameras, good lighting, etc. Easy company to deal with, friendly installation crew were were communicative, efficient, helpful, and took just the right amount of time balanced between doing things correctly without spending all day there. Everything works great and it's SUCH a better opener than we had originally. Will use again.
Just had my garage door replaced after an accident left it broken beyond repair. Clark and Sons were quick to respond to my request for a quote. Once we settled on the terms, they immediately secured the door closed. Everyone interacted with was very professional. I highly recommend them. Thanks for a job well done.
