Last night my AC wouldn't turn on. Checked the breaker and I had just replaced the thermostat batteries a couple of weeks ago, so that wasn't it. Luckily it was a cool night, so I called first thing in the AM. Brittany checked and one of their service techs was in the area, so she had him come over when he was available. Ryan was great - checked the outside unit, the thermostat and the unit in my basement.
