I can confirm Adria Frie's experiences. I contacted Clark & Clark on 10/8/21 about pursuing litigation against a disreputable contractor. The secretary was nice enough, took down all of my contact information and told me to hold for Scott Clark himself. Mr. Clark got on the line and promptly asked two questions: what assets do you have and what assets does the contractor have?
