My 18 yr old son, who mows his grandmother's yard, brought our Troy Built in to be repaired. The self propelled drive needed repair (adjusted and/or belt replacement) and a few stripped bolts needed replaced. About a week and a half later it was ready to pick up. Terry has repaired/maintained my zero turn mower multiple times. Always very punctual and easy to coordinate with. I especially appreciate his ability to pickup and drop off my mower, since I do not own a trailer to transport my mower myself.
