I am a property manager/Maintenance manager we have use Clark’s Modern for many of our properties. Very professional, very quick response and takes care of the problem. Never had to call him out for a problem, we had in the past so he could do the job again, in other words his guys when they go out there the first time they get it done correctly. I am a new homeowner and feel I was taken advantage of at the time the work was done 6 months ago of this review. I contracted Angel Clark to help fix a leak that was in my daughter's room. I thought the price was fair. Now I know better. First off, I was not given a written contract, nor quote to sign. All communication was done through messenger.
