I learned some very valuable lessons after being scammed by this company and the owner, Tranis Clark. I've tried not to be a complete jerk and write online reviews, but I find that as time goes by, other people should know. I contracted with this company for a new heat pump/AC unit in January 2023. I made a mistake and paid a $3500 deposit upfront for the unit. After many excuses that his dealer still hadn't sent the unit, the unit finally arrived at the end of March.
