Ordered parts and had them delivered to my door free of charge. There was a delay with the parts ordering, but the team were quick to apologise and resolve the issue. Will use again
Ordered a 2m length of 5mm o-ring cord on 31st July. Three follow up phone calls and two and a half months later and I still don't have anything. Don't waste your time.
Thank you to the fab staff member who was endlessly patient with us while we deliberated over foam! We left with a comfortable foam mattress for a car camping set up, cut to size in front of us!
service was excellent. The young man that served me deserves a pay rise.
