Next time a customer comes in wanting to buy sponge for a trade he’s an expert in I suggest letting him buy the sponge he wants instead of telling him what plasters and renderers buy. Complete different trade and use of sponge not to mention he can buy whatever sponge he wants to buy. Then also when a customer says the price is not correct maybe double check instead of telling them it’s correct then when receiving the receipt they have been charged for something that is not what they asked for. Very disappointed with the service from calrk Rubbet Southport. They caused me a lot of stress and wasted my time. The measurements were incorrect, and the final product was not made to the required size. I trusted them to do the job professionally, but the work was not completed properly. Communication and follow-up were also very poor. I would not recommend this company based on my experience
Very disappointed with the advice I received. I specifically asked which glue would work to bond two pieces of clear PVC sheet together, and I was sold a marine sealant. Unfortunately, it didn’t work at all as it’s not even an adhesive suitable for this application. Wasted time and money due to incorrect product advice.
Visited Clark Rubber Southport on Ferry Road and had a very disappointing experience. I’ve been a customer here many times over the past 20 years and have never received service like this before. In the past, younger staff have always been helpful, including cutting rubber to size when needed. This time, I was flatly told they wouldn’t cut anything to size and that staff “shouldn’t be doing that,” which completely contradicts my previous experiences.
